This volume of ornate and textural pictures – all manipulated photos of costume jewelry, trophies and figurines – contains many of the visual works by digital artist Jeffrey Thomas Burke.  Burke’s work touches on notes of spirituality, beauty, grandeur and the myth of Paradise, all done in his unique style of digital collage. Included are over 170 color images, including many never previously published.  The book opens with gracious introductions from Peter Mays, executive director of the Los Angeles Art Association, and Shana Nys-Dambrot, a well-known Los Angeles art critic and reviewer.
